REMEMBERING NICKY
One of the Blackhawks all time great team players was tragically lost to us
back in 2006 in a fatal auto accident in Michigan. Nicky Pierce, was attending Michigan Tech University as an Engineering Major and doing very well before the tragedy. He will always be remembered as helping younger players with rides and any problem they had. His smile was ever
present and he was ever so proud of being from "U.P" (Upper Peninsula, Michigan). We will never forget Nicky.....
LUCAS DVORAK
Every time a hard shot goes off the glass it is a ringing reminder of Lucas Dvorak who played for the Hawks in 2002. The Czech star now plays professionally in the Czech Republic. He once ripped a mid 90 mph shot so hard it imbedded into the glass and just stayed stuck in the glass.
An exciting player to watch with world-class skills.
