Juniors will start cardio/plyometrics/gym sessions next week Tuesday July 7th.Tuesday and Wednesdays at Kasabuski softball field 600pm and Thursdays Mikes Gym 600pm in Wakefield.Sessions also include beach runs, wave resistant runs,and car pushes.These are all optional but are recommended highly for first time Selects who have not played Juniors.

Former Maine Moose All Star Goalie Chris Howe signed on June 15th with the Blackhawks. Howe, a lightning quick tender will solidify the Hawks in net. Howe, also is a accomplished baseball player and is preparing for the MAINE STATE CHAMPONSHIPS next week.
